RENTAL CONDITIONS

The vehicle can be rented by persons over the age of 23 who hold a driver's license for at least 2 years.

THE RENTED VEHICLE MUST NOT BE USED

  • under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, narcotics, sleeping aids or other drugs
  • for illegal purposes (e.g. criminal acts, customs and currency violations...)
  • for paid transportation of passengers or goods
  • for any competition, speed trials or races
  • for driving or towing other vehicles, trailers or any object
  • when not in running order
  • for driver training

THE USER OF THE SERVICES IS OBLIGATED

  1. not to load the rented vehicle with persons or objects exceeding the permitted weight.
  2. that the rented vehicle does not cross the border of Serbia without a rent a car Cruz permit.
  3. to bear the costs of the fuel used.
  4. that in order to extend the agreed period of use of the vehicle, rent a car Cruz requests consent 48 hours before the deadline for returning the vehicle.
  5. to stop driving immediately if the odometer breaks down during use and to inform rent a car Cruz about the odometer failure as soon as possible.
  6. yes, if when returning the vehicle it is found that the odometer is damaged, pay rent a car Cruz the amount of expenses for 500 kilometers for each day of vehicle use.
  7. to properly maintain and store the vehicle during use.
  8. to return the rented vehicle within the agreed period or earlier at the request of rent a car Cruz, to use the vehicle only for personal needs and not to rent or lend it to a third party.
  9. to pay all amounts of fines pronounced against him in connection with the use of the vehicle, and caused by his personal fault (violation of traffic regulations).
  10. to protect the interests of rent a car Cruz and its insurance company in the event of an accident by:
    • recording the names and addresses of the participants and witnesses of the accident.
    • not leaving the damaged vehicle until he has removed it from the accident site and secured it.
    • immediately notifying rent a car Cruz about the damage, even if it is minor, in the fastest way.
    • in case of major damage to the vehicle or if there are injured persons in the accident (even when the fault of other persons is obvious) will immediately call and wait for the arrival of the traffic police for the purpose of an official investigation.
    • submitting a written accident report to rent a car Cruz.
